This page explains how to permanently delete your IndeKnow account and the personal data associated with it, as required by Google Play’s Data safety policy. Account deletion is handled entirely within the IndeKnow mobile app and takes only a minute.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the IndeKnow app and sign in.
- Tap the menu icon to open the navigation drawer.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review what will be deleted, then type DELETE in the confirmation field.
- Tap Permanently Delete My Account.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile and account
- Course progress and saved reflections
- Any Pro subscription purchased on indeknow.com (canceled, not just paused)
Subscribed in the app? Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, because only you can cancel it. To stop billing, cancel it in your store settings: on iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions; on Android, open Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once confirmed, your data is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
